Shipping & Delivery Policy – Velovoila
At Velovoila, we aim to make your ordering and delivery experience as smooth and transparent as possible. If you have any questions regarding your order, our customer service team is always ready to assist you. Below you will find a detailed overview of how we process and ship your order.
Shipping Costs
At Velovoila, you never pay shipping fees. All orders are shipped free of charge, regardless of the order value.
Processing & Delivery Times
Once you have selected your favorite cycling gear or apparel, we immediately begin processing your order to ensure fast delivery.
Processing Time
• We require 1 to 3 business days to process your order (Monday - Friday).
• Cut off time: Orders placed after 17:00 (GMT+01:00 – Paris) will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Times by Country
• France: 4–6 business days after processing (Monday - Friday)
We ship with reputable carriers such as DHL, UPS and FedEx to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
Tracking Information
Within a few days after placing your order, you will receive an email containing your personal tracking code. You can use this code to follow your shipment via our tracking page.
Received a Damaged Product?
Although we package our items with care, damage can occasionally occur during transport. For these cases, we apply the following policy:
• For the first incident, we will send a replacement package. Refunds are not possible at this stage.
• If the issue occurs a second time, we will issue a full refund.
Package Lost or Not Delivered?
• If a package is lost or cannot be delivered due to logistical issues, we will first send a replacement.
• If the package has still not been delivered 60 days after shipment, it will be considered lost and you will receive a full refund.
Delays Due to High Demand
High demand may occasionally cause delays. We kindly ask for your understanding and assure you that we work diligently to ship all orders as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellation
After an order is placed, it is automatically entered into our processing system. Customers may cancel their order within 4 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed. Once processing has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
