Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If these conditions are not met, we may not be able to accept your return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. This means it is not possible to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product.
If you wish to receive a different item, you must first return the original item in accordance with our return policy. Once your return has been approved and processed, you will need to place a new order separately for the desired item through our webshop.
This process allows us to manage returns and inventory accurately and to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped as efficiently as possible.
Restocking Policy
We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

The full purchase price of the returned item will be refunded, subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.
Order Cancellation
After an order is placed, it is automatically entered into our processing system. Customers may cancel their order within 4 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed. Once processing has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer. Customers are required to cover all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item received.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
